If you can't beat them, eat 'em! If I'm remembering this correctly, they are genetically related to lobsters and other shellfish, so I'm thinking they should taste pretty much the same.

Oh...I think it was emygination who said on Friday that she's planning on avoiding my house this summer... *snickers* :)

uhhh, they are genetically related to grasshoppers and locusts. you can eat em, but i recommend frying them with a lil olive oil =P
