Nah...I think the anime made it worse. I was going to try to go for my walk after the movie was over since I hadn't been out in a while. I started climbing the stairs to get a pair of socks and then I started feeling sick to my stomach. I ended up vegging on the couch for the rest of the evening. Then I took Ambien and went to bed. I think getting enough sleep was actually the thing that helped it...
