Okay...I'm up...

Man...do I feel like death warmed over. I couldn't sleep very well last night because I was so feverish. Either I was too hot and throwing off the covers or I was too cold. I also had all kinds of fever dreams, which aren't very restful. I think I was also a tad bit delirious. So...yeah. Sleeping last night was pure torture. I spent hours wishing that someone would hit me over the head with a baseball bat so I could be out of my misery for a couple of hours.

I'm giving up on sleeping for now. I'll try to take a nap later today.

Yep. Tylenol. I think it's helped because my fever is much lower. And most importantly, I was able to go back to bed and sleep for three hours.

Delirium brought on by too much alcohol is okay as long as you're not nauseous and throwing up. Delirium brought on by fever, never good.

Yesterday, I was also being very incompetent. When I was on my way home, I stopped for a green light. I'm lucky that no one rear-ended me. I suppose stopping for a green light is better than not stopping for a red one though. Anyhow, last night I had to feed the batter that I use for my sweet breads, and at some point, doomsey said, "Give me that," and did it himself because I really wasn't with it. I really appreciated that because I was so tired.

Yes, I took a three hour nap this afternoon, and I'm feeling a bit better. Now it's time for dinner.
