A Picture a Day -- Week 38

Yep...I'm two weeks behind. Hoping to remedy that today...

Monday, September 14th:

A maple tree that was starting to turn colors.

Tuesday, September 15th:

A pretty leave whose leaves are shiny on the bottom half. Anybody know what kind of tree this is? An aspen? A birch? I have no clue. (When we passed by them, [livejournal.com profile] doomsey told me that he thought the shiny bit was painted on. Umm...no).

Wednesday, September 16th:

A wildflower of sorts. Ever since I was a kid, I've thought that these little flowers that grew at the side of the road were kind of pretty.

Thursday, September 17th:

Acorns! So...shall I plant one of them?

Friday, September 18th:

Baby:???
Doggie: ???

Baby: *touch*
Doggie: *smiles*

You know, I think that needs to be made into a macro...

Saturday, September 19th:

I was supposed to go to a play called Stoop Stories at the Goodman, but I had [livejournal.com profile] emygination's cold so I decided to stay home. For my picture of the day, I went outside, took a picture of the tree directly outside my window, and then went back inside.

Sunday, September 20th:

I was so stuffed up over the weekend that I went through more than one box of Kleenex in less than two days. I tried taking Sudafed on Saturday, but once again, it made my heart beat faster. I didn't like it at all. When I have a stuffed up nose, I guess I have only two options: Kleenex and a neti pot. By the way, do you know how damn uncomfortable neti pots are? Thankfully, they work for me, Otherwise, I wouldn't bother.
