Last night

I had a pleasant evening last night. I got to sit on my butt and do nothing. doomsey went to the Bang! Bang! concert I couldn't go to (in other words, he got out of my hair), and I sat around and finished my book, watched Edward Scissorhands, and saw the third episode of Air. As for Edward Scissorhands, I'd never seen that movie before (neither have I seen The Nightmare Before Christmas) and I decided that that was something that had to be remedied. All in all, I thought it was a good movie. By the way, is it me, or does Johnny Depp get cast as a freak pretty often? I'm thinking Benny & Joon, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Corpse Bride. Ohhh...I just looked him up on imdb and noticed that he's playing the leading role in Sweeney Todd. I had no idea they were making that. Hey...and it's being directed by Tim Burton. Sounds like I'm going to have to see that one...

As for Air, I've only seen three episodes and I'm not sure what to make of it yet. As people have tried to tell me before, it looks like it's going to get weird pretty fast.

Oh...doomsey got back late yesterday evening, and when I woke up this morning, I discovered that he brought back Bang! Bang!'s most recent cd. Whoo hoo!

I think doomsey wants to leave for the party soon, but I'm sitting on my butt for awhile. All I did is make guacamole and take a shower...and now I hurt...
