Winter Sonata
Feb. 12th, 2008 03:37 pmThings seem to be two steps forward one step back with me lately, don't they? Yesterday was a good day. I probably tried to do too much though because I'm exhausted today. I'm getting winded easily. So... guess today is a tired day. I took my rescue inhaler to see if that will help. *crosses fingers* Thank God I don't have to go anywhere. It's snowing and it looks like the roads could be a mess.

doomsey to find it online and download it ages ago, but he didn't want to do it. I guess he thought it was stupid or something. Anyhow, I heard about this show in my Japanese class ages ago (some of the girls had the hots for one of the main characters). Apparently, Winter Sonata was all the rage in Japan in 2002. It's actually not in Japanese, but Korean, and I read that this series launched the "Korean explosion" (or an interest in Korean tv shows) in Japan. It's interesting. I'm trying to find a word to describe it. Cute. Maybe. Kawaii. Definitely. Probably a better word is "precious." I don't know. I'm thinking about watching a few episodes and see how it turns out. It might be entertaining.
