Holy shit! I can breathe!

doomsey just taught me how to use the neti pot correctly. Wow...that cleared out my sinuses. Awesome! It felt pretty damned uncomfortable though. I wonder how many times per day you can use this.

And yes, I was indeed doing it wrong the last time I tried using it.
