Last night, I was in a lot of pain, probably because I was on my knee too much. The back of the bad knee hurt like hell, and I managed to make my other knee sore by trying to drag myself up the stairs in front of my house. I was not a happy camper, and complained whenever I had to get up and move somewhere. I ended up not going to bed until late because I didn't feel like dragging my sorry ass upstairs.

cosettemonster must have figured out that there was something wrong because, when I finally made it to bed, she decided that I needed extra special attention. She usually sleeps at the foot of the bed by my feet, but last night she wandered further up the bed and curled up beside me. She kept purring happily until I fell asleep. What a sweetie!
