Vet Appointment

arwenmonster now has an appointment next Friday to be sedated and then shaved. She's been having some behavioral issues lately and has been giving us a hard time when we try to brush her. Since she hasn't been brushed enough, she's developed some matts, and we're really having a hard time getting them out. And because of her persistant fighting, we can't keep up with them. Yesterday, I found a big one, and when I tried to cut it out using some scissors, she scratched the living daylights out of my hand.

So...my patience is now at an end. If she can't behave when we try to groom her, she gets shaved. arwenmonster is not going to be amused, but honestly, I don't feel any pity for her.

Oh...so...check back next week for pictures of one shaved and seriously pissed off cat.

Hmm...I feel that there's the possibility of a couple of nice cat macros to be had out of this.
