nekosenseiToday was the first time in a little over two months that I was able to take a substantial walk. Today, I did about two miles. My hamstring, which I screwed up in early July or so, is doing much better. Unfortunately, my neck is still sore and, by the time I got home, I wasn't feeling up to doing very much. Well...at least it's a start...
