Don't feel too bad; I think quite a few of us wound up inadvertently freaking out family and friends. I just got a "more in sorrow than anger" one from my Mum, because byzantine_lady had phoned her, all concerned about me after about post #3 or 4. That's when I borrowed your disclaimer and retrofitted it to my posts, too.
