Morning Musings

A couple of nights ago, I had a very weird dream that, in a certain sense, was similar to Stephen King's novel, Misery. In said dream, I believe I was sick with some kind of respiratory infection. That wasn't the end of the world in and of itself. The bad part was that I was being nursed back to health by neo-conservatives. Every time they would do something nice for me, they would try to guilt trip me into voting Republican. WHAT?! NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
Fortunately, I was able to get it touch with these two ladies who promised to bring a couple of liberals to the rescue. When the liberals didn't show up fast enough, I escaped and tried to walk wheezing-ly home.
You know, I've had a lot of dreams that some people would consider nightmares, but I find entertaining. In said dreams, I'm either getting chased by something or I have to solve some problem. However, this last dream I described? Yeah...definitely a nightmare; I felt like I was betraying a lot of things I've stood for.
Oh...and for the record...
nekosensei <-- still a staunch democrat
