Going to drive me crazy? It already has driven me crazy. I was practically crying at three in the morning because I had to get up at five. And to top it all off, I didn't sleep all that well the night before either.

Otherwise...watch your sleep conditions...cut down on coffee and soda...and get exercise early in the day.
It SUCKS...I know. I'm sorry you're in insomnia hell.
