かわいい！

I went out to water a plant that a friend had asked me to take care of this week, and I almost stepped on a baby robin. It was looking up at me and blinking. So cute! Anyhow, it looks like he might have gotten blown out of his nest because of the high winds we've been having today. The poor thing. For a few seconds, I was debating whether he needed to be taken care of, but then I saw an adult robin (probably the parent) sitting on the fence and figured that things would be okay. I looked at him, and he appeared to be in good shape. Later, I saw him hopping off towards the bushes at the back of our lot. It's a good thing that he hid because he might have gotten snatched by a predator if he was out in the open like that.

Too bad I didn't have my camera handy. He was cute.
