Insensitive people

Can you believe this? A lady's cat got stuck in a tree and it was too frightened to come back down on its own. Everybody who she asked for help turned her down. Unfortunately, this story has a sad ending. If it had been my a friend or a neighbor's cat, I know for sure that I would get my butt up a ladder and at least *try* to help. And if it were one of my own cats, well, that would be a given. I hope the media out by her publishes her story and puts those people to shame.
