I talked with the doctor again today, mostly because I wanted to find out how long I should be taking all that ibruprofen. It turns that I should have been taking it for only seven days. I guess I ended up taking it a little bit longer than what she intended. Heh heh. She also told me to use a heating pad and to wear a knee brace.
Oh...and she says that it's going to heal in six weeks minimum. Nice.
You know...when I tore the ACL, at least I feel like I could get comfortable. Lately, no matter how I sit, I feel this stretchy kind of pain in my hamstring.
I'm not going to my mother-in-law's work picnic. I want the weekend to put my feet up since I'm on it way too much during the week. I always feel sore when I come home. I don't want to be somewhere where I can't put it up and get comfortable. And I don't particularly feel like being social. All I want to do is read my books and knit.
