Falling Apart

nekosenseiToday, my knee is doing a bit better...probably because I stayed off of it this weekend. I think the Tylenol is also working. No sooner do I have one problem somewhat licked, than another shows up. For the past few days, I've been having problems with allergies. This morning, I woke up to a nasty asthma attack. I spent the greater part of the day feeling like my lungs were filled with cotton.

doomsey and I finished watching Season One of Doctor Who. This means that I get to ask judygs if we can borrow Season Two from her. doomsey and I also watched Sicko last night. I have to say that what some of the HMO's are doing-- namely denying people coverage when they have cancer and desperately need treatment-- is despicable. I wonder how many people they have managed to kill that way. I think the movie made me more convinced that we do need socialized health care like what they have in Canada. Yes...we'd have to pay higher taxes, but we wouldn't have to pay for insurance or medical bills that insurance won't cover...
