24. A Game of You and Fables & Reflections by Neil Gaiman -- These were the next two installments of The Sandman series. I just looked online and discovered that the library has the last four volumes available. Guess what I'm going to try to pick up tomorrow?
On the whole, I have to say that these graphic novels are intelligently written. In Fables & Reflections he writes about a number of historical and mythological people and adds a new twist to their stories. Of course, I've noticed a lot of references to history, literature, and mythology in previous volumes too.
Oh...by the way,

Date: 2007-08-15 05:54 am (UTC)As a sort of caveat, if you're looking specifically for things that are written by Gaiman...I think The Books of Magic series is more integrated with the D.C. Comics shared universe than the Sandman comics are, so there are Books of Magic collections & graphic novels that aren't written by Gaiman. I've got one of them...The Names of Magic is what I think it's called.
The Gaiman version of Lucifer also got at least one spin-off series...again, I don't think Gaiman actually wrote it, though.
