cosettemonster threw up both of her meals yesterday and her breakfast today. Other than making a mess on the carpeting and floors, she looks okay. Either she's got a hairball like last time or she's having a small flare-up of her IBD. I think that, if she's not doing better by Monday, I'm going to have to take her into the vet. *sigh*

arwenmonster was being silly today. When I woke up this morning, I patted the bed to try to get her to sit with me. Instead, she sat by the side of the bed and batted at my hand as I was patting the bed. It really looked like she was trying to imitate my hand movements there. Hmm...maybe she has a sense of humor after all.

No word on the X-rays yet. It looks like that's going to have to wait until Monday too...

How is Cosettemonster?

She's doing better today. This morning, instead of leaving the food in her bowl to eat, I measured out the amount of dry food she was supposed to get and put it in her bowl two or three pellets at a time so that she would eat slowly. She has a tendancy to eat too much too fast, and that's really not a good thing for her to do when her stomach is all upset. I also made her take a break of about twenty or thirty minutes when she was half finished to make sure she kept it down. That seemed to have worked because she did not throw up today.

I still might take her to the vet this week because I can't keep hand-feeding her like this when her her IBD is acting up. It takes too much time.
