Yesterday, I went to the doctor for my follow-up appointment. I was supposed to get the results from my X-ray, but the computers went down and she couldn't access the hospital files. She told me she was heading over to the hospital yesterday evening because she had admitted a patient. She said that she would call me last night and, if it was late, she would call me in the morning. Anyhow, she still hasn't called. She was also supposed to fax over a prescription for muscle relaxants. I went to the drugstore today to pick it up. It hadn't been faxed in. I called the doctor's office to find out what's going on. I also asked if my X-ray results were there, and the receptionist told me that I needed to make an appointment. Um...no. That's what I went in for yesterday. If you couldn't get a hold of them then, you should have cancelled the appointment and rescheduled. I'm not blowing more money on a co-pay because your computers weren't working. She wrote a note for the doctor and she's supposed to "get back to me." Come on. It's been two weeks already!
