More issues...

Today, I had another appointment with my physical therapist. My neck has been feeling a bit better since I started going. I'm able to get more done and I don't get as sore. He told me that one thing I should try doing is walking twenty or thirty minutes two to three times a week. Yesterday evening, I went out for a walk and noticed that I started having problems with my hamstring about twenty minutes in. I wasn't in terrible pain, it was just this stretchy pain in the back of my leg. So...I pointed it out to him. He looked at my knees and noticed that the one knee was stiffer than the other (of course, I did screw up my ACL and some cartilege in that knee and needed surgery). He pointed out all of my problems with my neck and my knees seem to be ocurring on my right hand side, and he seems to think it might be my back that's contributing to it. And it's true that I have had back issues before. Sometimes, I feel like the muscles are tight and that I have a clenched fist in it. It doesn't really hurt though and it hasn't been bothering me very much lately. (Of course, that sounds pretty much like what I said about my neck when this whole thing started. Well...it doesn't really hurt much... And it turned out that it was the neck that was causing all of the problems). He said that he could probably treat my back, but I would need a prescription from my doctor. I don't know...this sounds expensive...
Today, I called my doctor to get her opinion, and she said that I could try working on my posture first to see if that cleared things up. She said that she could write me a prescription, but it was entirely up to me. I get the impression that the guy is new to the area, and that it is possible that he's trying to treat me for things I don't need in order to get more money. I'm wondering if this is something I need or not. I don't know.
Once again, I feel like I don't know what's wrong and I don't know what the hell I'm doing...
Blah...I don't know...
