In Treatment
Feb. 26th, 2008 12:20 amI watched the first five episodes of In Treatment today, and I have to admit that I'm hooked. It's like I'm sitting at the Goodman watching theater or something. HBO now has a channel, and they uploaded the first four episodes. The episodes are less than half an hour, and they run five episodes per week. They also have the first fifteen episodes of the show available on ITunes as a podcast. You can download them for free. I guess, after that, I have to get my hot little hands on the rest of the episodes somehow. Many thanks to

Lately,
doomsey has been trying to tell me what shows I should and shouldn't watch because "they might upset me." For instance, he told me that I shouldn't watch House because it will bring up some bad memories. Okay...I'm not too interested in House right now because, with my recent hospital stay, it's a little bit close to home. On the other hand, one of the people that the psychoanalyst treats had a near death experience. Surprisingly, it didn't bother me. Maybe it was because of the way it was presented and put in context. They only talked about it during a patient's appointment. You didn't see an over-dramatized representation of it. Also, by the time they dropped that particular bomb, I was pretty much hooked on the character. He's an interesting one (so far, my favorite characters are Mr. Weston, Alex, and Sophie). But back on topic. Seriously, I think I can figure out what to watch and what not to watch myself.
Okay...I'll shut up now. Happy tv watching!
