The physical therapist I went to last year is dicking me around again. After I had been going to these bozos for several weeks, doomsey looked online and noticed that their charges were being rejected by our insurance company. I took the printout to them and they said that they had billed them under the wrong name or code or whatever. doomsey looked online later and noticed that the problem had been fixed. Or so we thought. Yesterday, we got a bill from them for $1,100. Apparently, they billed the insurance company wrong again, were getting rejected, and saddling us with the charges. The ones that were billed under the correct name were covered, but these other ones were not. doomsey is going to call them and yell at them on Monday.

If they refuse to re-submit them, we're not paying. They assured me twice on the phone and once in person that they were Aetna providers. If they want to take us to court to collect from us, so be it.

I'm also going to tell my doctor to not refer them anymore. They are complete idiots.

I agree with having doomsey yell at them.
It's important to put them in their place. :)

I talked it over with doomsey, and I'm the one who gets the privilege of yelling at them. They were the ones who told me *on three different occasions!* that they were covered by my insurance. Besides, I really need someone I can vent my frustrations on right about now.
