I finally (!) finished putzing around with my garden today. This morning, I put up chicken wire. By the way, is it me or is putting up chicken wire really a two person job? I ended up doing a lot of digging and a lot of cussing over getting the wire sunk in far enough. In the afternoon, I planted. I ended up not using very many of the seeds I bought. I went to the garden store by CVS and got tomato plants, two kinds of pepper (poblano and cayenne), and eggplant. I also planted a few of the carrot seeds. I'm going to see if I can hang onto the seeds that I now have until next year.

Oh...and I didn't go for my walk today. I took a much needed break.

By the way, getting the pepper plants was my way of sucking up to doomsey so he won't seed over my garden in the fall.
