Er,just occurs to me that you might not want your comment in today's post unscreened for every cockroach on the Internet to see. I screened ALL comments because of someone on my non-mutually friended friendslist(why did you use that word, brad? ) might respond offensively,or violently against jameth or whatever. Whatever you wish in this matter is my will.
Huh? Are you saying that, if you unscreen it, then the trolls will descend on my journal or something? If that's the case, it would probably be better if you didn't. Honestly, I don't have the time or the patience to get into a flame war (complete with seizure inducing icons) with the trolls.
On the other hand, my point was that LJ abuse should either remove the icons, ban the person in question, or both. I'm also idly wondering if said individual or SUP can be sued if their "antics" cause someone to go into a nasty seizure...
LiveJournal could be personally liable. Perhaps some lawyerly types should point that out to them. I'll leave your comment screened. Who needs the flipping hassle?(Well, some of us have time for their viscous mindless nonsense, some of us don't.)
If it had been any other week, I might have said yes, but this week is going to be crazy busy. My husband and I have his grandmother over this week. Then, over the weekend, we're going out of town for a wedding, and then the next day we're coming back into town for a graduation. Not to mention that I have a lot to do for work this week on top of it.
I won't have the time to monitor my journal and delete comments that are seizure inducing. That, and I have a lot of people on my friends list who get migraines easily. I'm not sure if any have had seizures before and I don't want to find out.
