It's just the hat that was feathered. It was on the bed when I was getting changed.

Actually, I got a new bodice today. I lost a lot of weight since last year and my old one wasn't fitting. My mother-in-law and sister-in-law bought me one in a smaller size as an early birthday present. My husband took pictures. I'll have to poke him to see if he'll upload it.
