Grocery Shopping in Garb?

I have to run to the grocery store to pick up a few odds and ends before I go on my overnight trip to volunteer in Milwaukee on Sunday. This afternoon, I was planning on dressing up in garb to answer my door. I'm thinking about going to the store dressed in garb. So...what do you think?

As long as you don't wear a mask inside, (and most places I've seen have signs saying no masks allowed inside) I don't see a problem with it.

Ren faires are public, just like grocery stores. The only occasion I would say clothing is acceptable[1] in only narrow public places is skin-tight swimwear. A guy in a speedo on the beach or a public pool doesn't bother me. At Albertson's? Creeeee-py!
