Another Illinois Governor Going to Jail

Rod Blagojevich just got arrested this morning on federal corruption charges. One of the accusations against him is that he tried to sell Obama's senate seat for personal profit. Wow. Just wow. If that's the case, he's so going to prison.



Why is it that Illnois governors seem to wind up in jail? That's going to makes two consecutive Illinois governors serving prison terms. So..anybody else out there want to run for governor? Do I have any takers? *crickets* No? I didn't think so...

I saw the story on Fox just as I was going out the door this morning. wow! but I could tell he was up to no good...
it's a sad state, truly, to have two governors in a row showing their corruption. very sad.

Don't forget Dan Walker and Otto Kerner. Bill Stratton was also indicted, but was acquitted of tax evasion.

Oddly, I see that Dan Walker has retired to nearby Escondido.
