Monday, February 23rd:

"Look it, Mummy. There's an old plane up in the sky." Monday was the first day I started using

doomsey's camera for my picture a day project.

Tuesday, February 24th:

Here's a picture of a stir-fry that

doomsey made for dinner. It was made of potatoes, tofu, onions, and yellow curry sauce. I would have come up with something a lot better to take a picture of, but I had a 102 fever and was bordering on delirious. I had such a case of the stupids that I tried to take that picture with no card in the camera. I kept pressing the button and couldn't figure out why the stupid camera wouldn't take a picture. I didn't figure it out until

doomsey told me that that's what the problem was. Hurrr Durrr!

Wednesday, February 25th:

Another lame ass picture. On Wednesday, I took a sick day because I was up all night with a fever. It was horrible. And I still had the chills all damn day on Wednesday. Obviously, I didn't go anywhere because I was feeling like crap. Oh...and when I'm sick like this, I had to sleep propped up at night because, otherwise, I can't sleep because of all of the congestion. I also can't take decongestants save Benadryl because they're all stimulants and me + stimulants = bad! Oh...and Benadryl does nothing for me when I'm sick. So...yeah...I'm shit up a creek. If I want to get to sleep, the best bet is to use a neti pot to flush out my sinuses and then take Ambien.

Thursday, February 26th:

I was still feeling crappy on Thursday, so you get a cat picture.

Friday, February 27th:

"Oh sooooooo meeeoooooowww!" This one has a bit of macro potential, doesn't it? It looks like Arwen is singing opera here. She's really swatting at a feathered cat toy I was using to tease her.

Saturday, February 28th:

On Saturday,

doomsey and I went to a party welcoming

almeda's new baby, Beka, to the world. It was held at

judygs and

bmtstandard's place.

Sunday, March 1st:

Today,

doomsey and I went with his folks and the kids to the Chicago Wolves game. I opted to not bring

doomsey's nice camera because I didn't want it to get lost or broken, so I took the picture on my camera. All the pictures I took came out blurry. I guess I've already been spoiled after using

doomsey's camera for just one week.
