Hi! Nekosensei! I'm just stopping by.
I am also thinking of keeping a cat. I've never kept a cat in my life so I hesitate to try now...is it good to live with a cat? if you don't mind, tell me good things and bad things about cat. Thanks. ^^

Yes, you should definitely get one. They're a lot of fun. Personally, I like them a lot better than dogs. They don't demand a lot of attention like dogs yet they're still affectionate (although, in some cases, you have to earn their affection first...just like humans, they have different personalities). They also require less room, and they're less expensive to maintain. Also, curling up with a book and purring cat is pure bliss.

Yes, I complain about my cat throwing up all the time, but it's not her fault. She's getting old and she's having tummy troubles. She's a sweetie and I love her very much. Last year, when I was sick and spent a week in the hospital, my cat sat by the door and the windows and waited for me to come home. When I finally got home, she used to sit beside me on the couch or the bed. doomsey seemed to think that she was keeping an eye on me and making sure that I was doing okay. She's a very loyal and loving cat!
